The best thing in “Castle Crashers” are the animal orbs, though. The combat system is enjoyable and the different worlds are well designed. On your way, you kill enemies, level up your character, unlock better weapons, kill some more enemies, level up your character again and unlock even better weapons. A wizard kidnaps some princesses and you need to save them! It all starts with a big party in your home castle, which is interrupted by a barbarian attack. The story isn’t very sophisticated, but it is presented in an entertaining way and sprinkled with some (rather weird) humor. You choose one of four different classes, each with their own magic spell, equip a strong weapon and fight your way through a flood of enemies. “Castle Crashers” is a colorful hack and slash game. Take control of colorful warriors and fight your way through hordes of monsters to save a princess.
